Hi, I’m Jen. I work with people who’ve been “managing” for a long time. Managing stress, symptoms, burnout, responsibilities, and the pressure to hold everything together.

During our call, we’ll talk face-to-face (virtually), get clear on what you’ve been carrying, and explore how
coaching can support your well-being in a way that feels gentle, doable, and actually aligned with your life.
