Hi, I’m Jen. I work with people who’ve been “managing” for a long time. Managing stress, symptoms, burnout, responsibilities, and the pressure to hold everything together.

There’s no pressure to perform or prepare — just a gentle space to talk through what matters most to you.
No catch! This is simply part of my supervised training process. Sessions help me complete required training hours while you receive a high-quality, structured coaching experience at no cost or obligation.
Absolutely. Most people don’t struggle with knowing—they struggle with doing in ways that feel consistent, compassionate, and aligned with their real life. Coaching helps you uncover what’s getting in the way and create simple, sustainable steps that actually feel possible. Together, we build momentum in a way that feels gentle and grounded, not overwhelming.
Sessions are 45–60 minutes so you have plenty of time to settle in, reflect, and explore what support could look like—without rushing or pressure.
